Any business development consultancy is only as good as its people. Plum Assistance is headed up by Sheila McFee, a powerhouse of ideas and practical business skills. Sheila has many years' experience of helping both small business and larger organisations to realise their business potential. Her approach to business development is to work with businesses not for them – this interaction is the key to success. Sheila's practical experience is backed up with qualifications in Business Advice and Broker Standards.
