Here is the report - makes interesting reading!

And to add to the flurry of excitment here, I am proud to be part of a group of business advisors formed from the Yorkshire Mafia Consultants and Freelancers subgroup on LinkedIn. We are Consult Yorkshire and launched our brand at the Kirklees Business Conference at the end of September

On the stand we had an interactive research activity looking at the needs of the businesses at the conference. A few of us have been analysing the responses and the resulting report is attached to the next blog post.

Happy to say I have passed the ILM level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring for Management with flying colours. Not only will I continue to coach & mentor owner managers of small businesses but now they can be sure I know my stuff!

It's great to know that there is still some funding out there to help employers with training staff and when this combines with the positive effect of having lean manufacturing experts doing the delivery it can really help manufacturing companies.

One employer told me how the training had made a significant improvement in 'down time' when their teams had looked in detail at processes for the 'Flow process analysis' unit.

If training has a positive impact on the company and can attract funding for eligible employees its a win-win!
